- Welcome! I am a busy wife and mom of 2 who just can't seem to sit still, ever! Recently, Hammered Heart Designs was born from my desire to create a truly personal gift to share with all the people in my life; and all the people in their lives too. This blog is a collection of some of my creations. I hand stamp each character, so the letters may not line up perfectly. The imperfections are what give the pieces charm. No two are ever the same. This is as custom, unique and personal as it gets!
